Chilstone win 5 star award for second year running at RHS Chelsea Flower Show

Chilstone, makers of handcrafted architectural stone and garden ornaments in Royal Tunbridge Wells, are celebrating after winning a top award at the RHS Chelsea Flower Show 2018.

The company was awarded five stars at the event - the highest accolade for a trade stand, making it their second win in two years.

Working with with designer Ali Dempster to create the stand, they filled it with plants grown by local supplier How Green Nursery.

Following the success of their statue, Leda and the Swan released at Chelsea 2017, Chilstone also showcased new sculptures on their stand, including The Birth of Helen, celebrating Helen of Troy and Aquila, an eagle. They also commemorated 65 years in business with a new sundial plinth called the Chelsea Sundial.
