Cocktail recipe: Berry Breeze

Every week Seventeen, the restaurant at One Warwick Park Hotel, brings you its pick of the week – whether its a top recipe or a key supplier. To kick off their new column, they focus our attention  on one of their most popular cocktails – the Berry Breeze – a refreshing drink that’s perfect for enjoying in the June sunshine.

INGREDIENTS:
25ml Hendrick’s Gin
25ml Elderflower Liqueur
25ml Strawberry Puree
12.5ml Sugar Syrup
12.5ml Lime Juice
Berries and mint to garnish

METHOD:
Mix the above ingredients into a chilled glass and stir well.
Once stirred, top up the glass with soda and ice.
To finish the cocktail off beautifully, garnish with raspberry and blackberry skewer and a mint sprig.
